BACKGROUND
CU’s leadership wanted to reenergize campus to bring people together and make it more attractive to prospective students – without the headache of managing multiple operators.
CHALLENGE
How can we use retail to create a new sense of community post-COVID?

solution
HHP developed a mix of operators to give the population new destinations across campus, including a healthy fast casual restaurant, a cashier-less market open 24/7, and a full-service restaurant for people to relax and gather.
